The Imperial Palace on Terra, the most famous location in all of Warhammer 40k, and the most famous diorama in all of Zorpazorp, is supposed to be finished. Over five years and 21 videos we built the Imperial Palace, easily the biggest board in the history of this channel, depicting the most iconic location in all of Warhammer but my build of the palace, was set during the Horus Heresy and Iโm not sure if you guys know this, but thereโs actually a new edition of Warhammer 40k.
Including in this absolute banger of a trailer by Games Workshop which features some incredible footage of the Imperial Palace on Terra, including, for the first time in a long, long time, new footage of the Emperor of mankind. There is no way we cannot just sit idly by and ignore this moment in Warhammer history.
So today we are going to transport the Imperial Palace on Terra, from the Horus Heresy, to zenith of Warhammer 40k.

Today we continue the most mental speed-build Iโve ever attempted, as we create the Hill of Sorcery and fortress of Sauron the Necromancer, Dol Guldur. Weโre talking dark dungeons, a filthy ruined castle, enough rusty metal to need a daily tetanus shot, the biggest spiders youโve ever seen, undead wraiths who just donโt die, and the spookiest villain of all, the NECROMANCER. We of course all know the iconic silhouette of Dol Guldur from the Hobbit trilogy but it actually plays host to a massive siege during the War of the Ring and as such weโre be building a huge layout to fully encapsulate the entire location in tabletop form, from the spider infested forests of Mirkwood, through the foundations of cliff and stone, right up to the towering heights of the fortress itself. Weโre going to need a lot of foam, a lot of plastic, and a lot of candy to get this done in a month. Halloween is coming to Middle Earth.
