Before the game came out, I always claimed that Hells Training would be the first video I upload from it (I also claimed I would do everything to get it, including demoralizing my unit XD). I didn't find out this option is kind of forced onto you when the game *thinks* you need it until I actually played my main unit.
My first try with it was perfect, I got perfect communication with full bar flashing bonus. They all ran pretty far too, I was quite happy.
I didn't save though, seeing as I wanted to record it, I just quit and started another filler unit until today. Que two more times I did this. The second time sucked... a lot, so I pretty much restarted it to this video. It's not great, Chihaya and Hibiki are real troopers. Takane...

After this, I never got hells training ever again...
From what I've come across/read, Hells Training will be given to you before the showdown with Jupiter at Fire Ball FES if the game "deems" you need it. If you lose against Jupiter, it throws you back a week and make you do it... again. Hells Training also appears before the IA (Idol Academy) Audition, same condition applies.
