Adam and Neil are identical twins who share the exact same DNA, but live with drastically different symptoms due to Neurofibromatosis Type 1 (NF1). While Adam copes with severe facial disfigurement and sight loss after undergoing 31 operations, Neil experiences short-term memory loss and epilepsy. Seeking answers to why the same condition affects them so differently, Adam embarks on a journey to investigate potential treatments, groundbreaking drug trials, and what the future holds for both of them.
