This FOOD CHALLENGE was ICONIC and DELICIOUS!

I am here, in Brighton, to take on the famous Fish and Chips challenge at the fine establishment of Harry Ramsden. They serve some delicious and original fish and chips with an American diner twist.

The food challenge consists of:
- 700g Large Battered Cod
- 700g or so worth of Chip shop style chips
- 2 Battered Sausages
- Chicken Bites
- Sauces galore
