Edited to make me look better - an impossible dream.

The IARU International HF Championship contest always occurs during the second full weekend in July. It begins at 1200 or noon UTC on Saturday and goes through 1159, or noon UTC on Sunday.

This video gives a very brief background on the IARU and a high-level review of the rules for this contest.
