Take a look at this castle. This is a castle known as Elmina Castle. It’s quite beautiful from the outside and was clearly once an important place. In fact, it’s the oldest European structure in Sub-Saharan Africa. Unfortunately, and horrifyingly, all that means is that the atrocities that took place in its dungeons went on for centuries. The rooms beneath this pristine white exterior were about as disturbing as you can find anywhere on earth. There are a lot of disturbing things covered on the channel. And it’s not really possible to compare them, but if I had to go with my gut and just pick one, I could easily make the case that this is the one on the sheer scale of the horrors alone. So, with that said, although the events in this video are fleeting and non-descriptive, they are still highly disturbing, so viewer discretion is strongly advised. Historical look at Elmina Castle
