When the social distancing and quarantine started, I went through a pretty significant negative shift in my mental health. And I used shopping therapy to cope. I do not recommend this for people as a coping mechanism, because it can turn into an unhealthy cycle. BUT, since I have spent money to feel some type of happiness, I can at least share the excitement with others.
