SCRIPTURE:
Now concerning spiritual gifts, brethren, I would not have you ignorant. (1 Corinthians 12:1)
DEVOTIONAL:
The Holy Spirit comes and divides these gifts among the people in the Body of Christ or the local church as He wills. You and I don't know when He will manifest a spiritual gift or who He will manifest it through. The only thing we know is that these Holy Spirit gifts are given to the Body of Christ and could come on my life or your life.
