We begin by looking at statistics for annual surgeries performed throughout the world. Then we alter focus to Fleming and his important discovery with a view of bacteria that are being killed by penicillin. This leads us to smallpox and the first vaccine developed for it. We then proceed along a timeline of other vaccines that have been created; these vaccines are for: Cholera, Rabies, Tetanus, Tuberculosis, Meningitis, and Lyme Disease. Next, the animation leads us to the mouth where fluoride is seen to be aiding in the prevention of dental decay. Then, a pill is being seen taken by our main heroine in order to aid in the treatment of heartburn. We are then plunged into the stomach accompanying the pill, where we witness its effects in calming an upset stomach. We next see food coming into the stomach with obesity statistics and Type 2 diabetes being highlighted.

Seeking treatment for obesity, we see that neurometabolic therapy is being incorporated, with the aim of suppressing hunger signals. Next, we traverse further and focus on an inflamed appendix; this is remedied with the assistance of antibiotics, and the necessity of an appendectomy is avoided.
