After fans dubbed her episode the “most disturbing” ever on My 600lb Life, I had to watch Joyce’s story, and I have to say, I was left totally disgusted by what I saw.
With the shows highest ever BMI, Joyce couldn’t even lift her head up herself, and despite this, was fed constantly by her family to keep her there - which led to her totally failing Dr Now’s program and complaining the entire way through - even faking a heart attack in the process.
