If something is perfect, it can’t move. It can’t grow. It can’t evolve. Life requires imbalance.

In Buddhism, they call it dukkha. The friction that keeps the wheel turning. Without imbalance, there’s no awareness. No learning. No expansion.

GOD built imbalance into creation so that we would have the opportunity to love better, forgive deeper, and grow wider.

As I teach CHEK Practitioners, we don’t chase perfection. We assess patterns. We restore flow. We create movement. Because health isn’t perfection… it’s dynamic balance.
