This is basically the same as the 1999 quest's final part, except everything goes well.
To access this mission, you just need to strengthening your bond with each of the members by chatting to them. You can chat with them once per day, and you can easily get friendly with them all with only 4 chats.
The ending was a bit confusing, but there was not supposed to be any NPCs in the backroom, as shown here. However, instead of the quest completing, it only showed "Please wait...", so you did not see the post-end cutscene (youtube.com/watch?v=KGmPWakp7oQ).
You would also get an inbox message from Arthur with the subject "Hard to believe":
Drifter,
Albrecht's gone. Rusalka too. I can't believe how close we came to oblivion. You showed us what we were missing. For that... thank you.
You still need to keep the loop going, though, don't you? Because it's not enough to put things right, is it. We need to keep them right.
