This is just my take on what Hollywood needs to do to be successful at adapting romance novels. I know I’m only one woman, and I only have one lived experience. I mean no disrespect to anyone. I just wanted to share what I think could make more adaptations successful, and it includes choosing more works that are diverse and inclusive right from the start, rather than ripping apart a fanbase that already exists.
At the end of the day, I like romances of ALL kinds and I think Heated Rivalry has brought so many people together. I want that to happen MORE! Not less.
