What is the healed trader all about?
I’ve learned a lot over the last year and being a teacher at heart, I naturally thought I should share that with anyone who wants to listen.
In this week’s episode we talk about living up to the expectations put on us by our parents, society, partners and whoever else matters to us.
The trouble with living your life to please others is that it prevents you from being authentic and at some point in your life you hit a brick wall.
Many people call this a mid-life crisis, but in reality it is more of an awakening. Sometimes this leads you to destructive behaviours and tears apart your relationships.
It is essential that we learn to tap into our true selves and understand what will make us happy regardless of what others say.
