I think I have figured it out. The ghost or haunting is only part of a larger plan for these paranormal events. After researching for hours I found two secret practicing religion groups from the turn of the century that would fit into the area and time. The so called "cult of Ningishz (Ningishzida)" was probably the cult that had something to do with Madeline's disappearance and the ghosts in general. Lamash (Lamashtu) was a deity servant of Ningishz and the cult believed in the resurrection of Ningishz through the Lamash. I am finding out more information on what they were doing and will present it in the next video.
