Emery Estate, constructed in 1903, is a replica of George Washington's Mount Vernon home in Virginia. Acquired by the Emery family in 1916, it became a beloved residence utilized for generations. The last living resident, Allan Comstock Emery, Jr., passed away at the age of 91 in September 2010. Many believe he and others still linger.
