Record has silent grooves and instructions to "complete this record by scratching it..."
Etchings: A & B: "Listen to the scratches"
Silent EP which comes with instructions which informs the holder that he must first complete the record by scratching it before he can listen to it on his stereo. (Self-released, 1983). This same year Paul Hurst released on his Sydney-based label, Societe Anonyme, a C60 cassette entitled "Performance". This tape featured different completed variations of this record from other artists. In the years to follow, a number of other labels from all over would issue similar releases.
