Making the transition from using language-learning materials to using authentic materials intended for native speakers is one of the major turning points in a language learner's life. Unfortunately, this can often be a discouragingly difficult process. In this video, I explain how the Harry Potter series of both printed texts and audiobooks offer unique advantages to help you succeed in this transitional phase and can leave you in a much better position to finally approach real native literatures with pleasure and understanding.
