This song is a jam I play form a long time ago , I called it the happy song , then it grew n now its "Here She comes" I like messin around the D chord n the G chord finding a melody with lil licks in between. I carried this guitar around bonaroo 2004 n played it with lots O people that weekend I had a back pack full o beer n a huffy powderpuff bike I fixed up, I rode it the whole weekend n sold it on sunday for about $20...@ bonaroo you need a bike its so big to get around. My dad boughtme this guitar at a yard sale in Redondo beach for $23 back in 1987. It has stickers on it, The Meat Puppets gave me that one,The Bad Livers gave me this one, Mike Watt gave me this one and Cubensis gave me that one, and jesse james gave me the one on the face that fixed my broken pickgaurd...straight from his tatooed hand, before he got famous back in 97. A sticker from Steve poltz of The Rugburns. It used to have one from the smut peddlers but it fell off.
This guitar means a lot to me, I refinished the fretboard with old Varathane before it all changed to polyurethane, its hard to find a nice nylon string that feels right. It has a picture of Lindsay on it , a pin that Dinosaur gave me of Pigpen, the strap is made from an old AC/DC bandana that Tracy Hovater gave me, in 90, and the very first sticker that went on the face is the "Kiss" sticker that Larry Till gave me, which came from his granma's record store in manhattan beach.
