The Happy Company (Co) is a multi-level marketing company that sells health and wellness products. Starting on February 17, 2026, distributors (also called Brand Partners) began speaking out on Facebook about how they had not been paid in months, their orders weren't being fulfilled and the company was lacking in transparency and communication. On March 20, their fears were met with an email sent out by the CEO that their MLM operations would cease immediately. I break down everything that happens and what this means for the members of this scheme going forward...
