British hacker Joseph O’Connor aka Plug Walk Joe has been ordered to hand over £4.1 million in stolen crypto after hacking 130 major Twitter accounts in 2020, including Obama, Biden, and Elon.
He didn’t work alone: his accomplices were teenagers he met on Call of Duty.
The scam? The classic “send me Bitcoin, I’ll double it” scheme.
He confessed in 2023, went to jail but his crypto sat untouched until now.
