For 50 years now, the Guardia Civil has been carrying out mountain rescues, searches for missing persons, police missions, environmental protection, border surveillance and all kinds of missions to protect the population from the air. With a fleet 40 Airbus helicopters, 18 of them belonging to the H135 family, the Guardia Civil's teams manage to reach the most inaccessible places when they are needed most.
