GTA Vice City Nextgen Edition is a total conversion mod for Grand Theft Auto IV that aims to recreate GTA Vice City into GTA 4's Engine called "Rage".
The mod was shut down from Take2 Interactive 2 days before it should've been released, resulting in a shadow release.
