Ringmaster, an alien character. The people on his planet are like werewolves, and he hosts a TV show on his home planet; in the TV show, since his race has powers, he basically just fucks around with people's lives here on Earth for the lulz.

And he also speaks in RHYMES.

My first actual "furry" character, though... if he's an alien, and humans still exist in his universe, is he a furry?
