This very short video on the Great Western Bed and Breakfast Hotel is based on it's bad reviews. I found that even though there was restoration work being carried out that it did not effect my stay here. the staff were amazing! The lovely Elaine made such an effort to make me feel welcome and my Breakfast was great! i can only give my honest opinion. My room was clean and tidy when i arrived. i found check in easy and all staff very friendly, My room was Quiet and felt comfortable and the heating was perfect.
Also in the morning when the sun was shining it had black out blinds so as not to be blinded by the light shining through to wake you up. all in all i enjoyed my stay here. i feel the issues that have caused bad reviews are being addressed and i wish them all the best moving forward.
