There are a bunch of different transitions happening right now — all at the same time, all heading in the same direction. Knowledge going public, products becoming APIs, consumers disappearing, enterprises becoming graphs, automation replacing labor, humans going post-corporate, cybersecurity becoming AI vs. AI, industries inverting into use cases, everything going custom, and all of it converging on ideal state management.
This is my attempt to wrap all of that into a single mental model — a container you can use so that when the next big AI announcement drops, you're not surprised. You just nod and say, yeah, that fits.
