At last the Great British Sewing Bee is back. Series 11 starts Tuesday July 15th BBC1 at 9pm. As we hadn't seen it in its usual slot, I was thinking they'll save it for Autumn when the days are dark early, but no it's now, so for the next 10 weeks of Summer we've got Sewing Bee (that or Love Island!!)
Because of this Summer slot it did mean Carol Alayne, our Master Tailor, Couturier was unable to join in due to her working schedule. What with a project for the MET and also, Summer means Wedding season so you can imagine Carol creating lots of bespoke, couture wedding outfits....BUT she's just finished a project and she has rung to say, there is some time over the series to create some ALL GATHERED UP episodes for you!!! WAHOO!!!!
If you don't know what our programme ALL GATHERED UP is all about, well...sometimes we want more of the educations side and there just isn't enough time in the edit to give us that as well as the entertainment. That's what this show 'All gathered up' is about. Join Carol Alayne - Master Tailor & Couturier and myself to guide you through a technique or an issue/problem that comes up over the series.
