🏃‍♂️ Back racing… what could possibly go wrong?
After 2 months out with a pulled hamstring, this was MARM’s first official race back at the Great Birmingham Run… and honestly, he had no idea how it would go.

🚨 Expectations: “Take it easy, don’t push it.”
The race itself? Absolute chaos at times — especially near the finish with the 10K runners merging in. Dodging, weaving, cursing.
But overall, this was:
✅ A comeback✅ A confidence boost✅ Proof that maybe (just maybe) the hamstring held up
