A personal retake of The Grand Decline's ninth visit. It is commonly regarded as disjointed and sub-par, considering its role in the narrative of Scene III, however I always looked to it with a certain fondness. Therefore, I decided I should try to spice it up a little, to hopefully paint a more rich portrait of this interesting point in the story.
Features a couple of changed samples, and a bunch of subtle experimentation in sound design.

It's been scheduled. The date haunts me, I'm reminded with every slight mistake, each minor inconsistency. I try not to think about it, but every day, it gets harder to ignore what's happening.
I don't want to know.

A while ago, I wanted to make a chess themed nine circles level. Now, that desire has been fulfiled, and it is probably the best way this idea could have turned out.
I put so much work into the effects and the design, and even the gameplay. And at last, the level is complete.
I would say this is around a hard demon, since although most of the gameplay is medium demon, it does sometimes get harder than that. Taking into consideration the levels lenght, Id say a hard demon rating is justified.
Btw, if youre wondering why the name is chess figures, its because in my language, a chess piece is called Figurka. And I dont think it works the same way in english. Whatever, it doesnt matter that much.
