Did you see the government is cooking up a ban on gas stoves?
Yup: in a classic case of too many commissioners in the kitcen, a US Consumer Product Safety commissioner threatened that “Any option is on the table.”
If this sounds like a half-baked idea, that's because it is.
See, this government agency is cooking the books: the study that “proves” gas stoves contribute to childhood asthma was conducted in kitchens enclosed in plastic sheets — without ventilation.
