After you rob a bank you must wait a in-game week till you can rob it again,
but banks can be robbed as much as you want and the loot will remain the same.
To know if the bank is ready to be robbed again or not just look at the sign
outside, if it's lit up golden then it's time rob some white people, if the
sign is off then they are closed since you already robbed them. very helpful to buy level 3 weapons
