Note for Jack:
Small podcaster Nelly here. Trying to use short form content to get more people to listen to the long form podcast. Biggest challenge I've faced when it comes to content creation (I've been making content for years). Started this podcast almost 3 years ago and I know it has potential. I've had really interesting guests that have interesting stories. If I could only get more people to listen to the full episodes. I'm constantly working on: getting new guests (only people I'm truly interested in), improving my interview abilities, quality of the videos and finding more ways to market the pod. Ultimately I really enjoy it and will keep doing it no matter how slow the growth is.
