I did a video long ago covering Kei Nijimura but not only is the video out dated thanks to a name change but it also didn't go enough into detail about what makes this character so great! As she is not only one of the most important characters for Josuke, but her stand is one of the most interesting in the Part. Glad to go back and re-cover her.
