Different music is playing during the first part of the mission before you drop off Yasmin. Technically you can also complete the mission by going straight to the Yardies' crackhouse, but as this is not a speedrun, I'm playing it as intended. Apart from the usual differences in the cutscene, such as the missing gun wound on Layla's body and some higher resolution textures in Charlie's room, I haven't really noticed anything too different during the mission itself.
