This mission is pretty much short hit-n-run deal.
Also I should really note that cars are really fragile when it comes to crashing into anything; one good crash will make you car smoke and in a minute or two, the engine will cut off for good, so yeah, pay attention where you drive.
Played on Fat PS2 (SCPH-30004) and recorded via Elgato HD60. This is the first PAL release, which is the uncut one.
