A quick sneak peak at the first successful The Getaway car texture modification that I did a few months ago. It is still a work in progress as I haven't done the LOD textures yet. I based the two paintjobs on existing props in the game - there is a black BMW5 in a garage and the silver paintjob was only seen in a few early screenshots and footage, as well as an early version of the underground parking as seen here: youtu.be/VyE7lbhyXec?t=9
I've always assumed these to be early colors of the BMW5, unfortunately currently I cannot confirm if that is indeed so.
I never got around making a video until now, so enjoy! More to come soon, so stay tuned.
