Today we take a dive into a bit of crucial Geometry Dash history. Similar to GD, The Impossible Game is also a rhythm based platformer made by FlukeGames in 2009. Unassuming community newcomers may look at this game and simply see it is a cheap knock off of Geometry Dash you could find on the app store, but this is a rare case where Geometry Dash was actually the one that took inspiration.
This game is very simple, boasting only a small hand full of levels. No ship, no wave, no extreme demons. But I still thought it necessary for my channel for us to take a journey through this relic of a game.

I first heard this song a year or two ago and was instantly captivated its build up and intense energy. Ive been a fan of Sleep Token in general for a couple years, but Ive never felt capable of capturing any of his songs with sufficient representation until The Apparition.
Dont expect my future layouts to match this level of theatrics with the triggers and particle effects and all. That was a huge hassle to get just right and I do not want to do that again unless I really feel like its representatively necessary if that makes sense.
Ive been wanting to branch out from whats understood to be my gameplay style. This level and its song was the perfect opportunity to try something new and not rely on duals so much. I believe the duals make up less than 20% of this level which may be my lowest in years.
This level being as long and hard as it is will certainly put this out of reach for the vast majority of my community. But regardless, I hope you all enjoyed watching the finished product at the very least.
