Originally a 2017 Kickstarter project, the Sub Rosa playing cards were designed by CardsXIII and created in partnership with PlayingCardDecks.com. The deck is manufactured by the USPCC.
The tuck box is a simple blue and black floral print done in water-color style. The card backs feature flowers in pink and white with green leaves on a black background, outlined with a white border. The deck includes custom coloration on the otherwise standard pips and indices. The courts are recolored bicycle standards as well.
There’s a double backer, and two identical rose themed jokers as well as a duplicate king of spades.
The deck is bicycle crushed retail stock and handles beautifully.
