These two are harder than I remembered for some reason. Maybe it's because the last time I fought them I got lucky with a Sanae LW on turn 2 and just killed them before they could really do anything.
Defensively there's only one real thing to worry about. Cirno's spell card, Perfect Freeze, will inflict Freeze on all characters to disable their evasion, and Momiji would then kill them with Expelee's Canaan which is a high damage low accuracy spell card. They'll do the combo on turn 1, then every 5th turn starting from turn 5. Momiji would also try to buff her own accuracy on turn 3 so you'll need to account for that. Finally when one of them die the other one will spam some strong attacks; Cirno will start spamming Minus K which kinda just kills one character a time, while Momiji will spam Samidare Slash (or whatever it's translated to now) which is a random target multi-hit attack. Since dealing with one death per turn is a lot easier than dealing with potentially multiple deaths per turn it's better to kill Momiji first.
A safer thing than what I did would be to bring Alice instead of Reimu and have her use Little Legion on spellcards turns while having the craftable accessory that prevents Freeze equipped (and probably more water defense to make Perfect Freeze hurt less), as she can also guard the party against Momiji's really hurty sword attacks with Parrar. I didn't really want to bring Alice in every boss fight, though.
Like Eirin and Kaguya on the previous stage, these two are Magician and Warrior and thus vulnerable to the same slayers, but since they also have elemental weaknesses Nitori just kinda completely stomps on them. I don't think there's any real competition to her as a damage dealer in this fight, unless you just flat out didn't craft any guns at all. She could have even ignored Cirno's Emergency Evade if I didn't insist on greeding for damage and actually got her gun tree to 20, but I did so she ended up running into it twice and causing Cirno to have enough turns to kill two people. Oh well, these kind of things happen, and it's not like Cirno can kill Nitori in one hit anyways due to her natural water resist (and the accessories I put on her)
