The latest animated pilot from Glitch joins a generation of independent animation projects largely defined by a complete lack of restraint. It's definitely going to appeal to the younger crowd, but I'm not so thrilled about it. That's right, it's my boomer moment, my cranky cane-rattling cringefest as I yell at people to get off my lawn! (Okay not really, Glitch fans; I'm critical but largely examining my own disconnect.)
Keep it respectful in the comments, as I still think there's a lot of cool stuff about this pilot and I wish the team success and the ability to make more of it. This vid is more an examination of my own personal/philosophical differences to storytelling and explaining why I feel outside the conversation.
