Note: All information in this video is based on publicly available information, and this is intended to be a general overview for people interested in this subject.

In this video I cover some of the gangs and criminal organizations that have been active in Quebec City, Quebec.

This is a very general overview of this topic and I do not present a deep dive on any of these groups.

Quebec City is the provincial capital and it has a current metro population of about 900k people - over 4 times smaller than the metro population of Montreal.

Quebec City has a much less extensive history of organized crime than cities like Montreal, Toronto and Hamilton.

However, there have been several groups active in this area and I thought it was worth doing a brief summary of this history.

I cover the following groups in this video:

Chambers Gang
Popeye Moto Club
Viking MC
Hells Angels MC
Rock Machine MC
Blood Family Mafia
Arab Power
Rollin' 90s Neighborhood Crips

There are also several other smaller gangs and independent players that have been active in this area.

I hope you found this one interesting and informative.
