Adapting regulation to a changing environment is no easy task, especially following a pandemic that has had a huge impact globally and has been very costly to our society. Recovering from the virus will be a long process, but financial regulation can be a helpful tool in order to ensure our rules at fit for the future to maintain the UK’s position as a pre-eminent global financial centre as well as to support markets and competition on a national scale to, ultimately, bring better outcomes for consumers and companies.

This panel discussion explored the recommendations made in Lord Hill's UK Listing Review as well as the challenges and opportunities that lie ahead having just left the European Union.
