Okay y'all here we go. I was gonna go live yesterday but I've been on vacation and the internet hasn't been great, so I'll go live to talk some more when I get home, but I didn't want to leave you guys in the dark until then. Let me start by saying, school's hard. Even as a senior, I get so much schoolwork, and as you all know, editing is much more fun than that, so I start to avoid schoolwork by editing instead. Not a great thing to do. Therefore, I decided to distance myself from editing for a little bit to get caught back up. School's all good now, so here comes the rest. I've never enjoyed Dance Moms as a show. I'm not a fan of the fake drama and the yelling, and I don't support what Abby and the producers do and stand for. That being said, I love editing, and this fandom has been a way for me to edit. I could honestly watch the dances all day and make intros for hours upon hours. As I've said time and time again, I don't enjoy ranking things and making normal videos, and even though I'll sometimes get random motivation to make some, I then seem to make commitments I have no motivation to keep. For the time being, I won't be collabing or joining any channel takeovers before I know I'll actually be able to commit to being in them. I'm so so sorry for every commitment I haven't kept, I really am. I also don't expect you to forgive me, I did let you down, and I'm not going to sit here and make excuses because in reality, by not posting, I broke promises. I'm really sorry. Here's a few other things I'd like to say. I've found other ways to edit and other similar things I enjoy doing. I've been making edits for other shows (I'll post them if y'all wanna see them haha), and I've been modding for sims 4 which has been hard and frustrating and fun. I'm making the book trailer for my grandma's book (she's a children's book author). Y'all, in a few months I'm gonna graduate high school. I'm gonna go to college. While I love making dance moms videos for you guys, and I'm not going to stop, I do have other interests that I want to explore, and they're all things I'll use in real life during and after college. I want you to know, this channel is the reason I'm going into editing and media production. This is where I fell in love with editing, and I'm not leaving just yet. I'm staying in all comps and possibly taking a few requests if time permits, but like I said, I won't be posting rankings for the time being. (be prepared to see a lot of random open intros though haha). I love y'all and I just wanted to let you know what's been going on :)
