There was no shortage of news during the Horizons: Disney Experiences Showcase at the Honda Center during D23: The Ultimate Disney Fan Event for 2024. A wide variety of announcements were made from Disney Experiences Chairman Josh D'Amaro and various entertainers took the stage such as Billy Crystal, Susan Egan, John Stamos, All-4-One, Darren Criss and Skylar Astin.

Announcements included the Disney Cruise Line adding four new ships to its fleet by 2031, new characters coming to Fortnite, Monsters, Inc. arriving at Hollywood Studios, a Villains Land and two "Cars" attractions coming to Magic Kingdom, Tropical Americas heading to Animal Kingdom, a new Walt Disney Audio-Animatronic at Disneyland and so much more.
