One of transform!’s main for a of exchange and discussion in 2023 was The Future Factory, in Rome 15 – 18 June in English with live interpretation in Italian.
Over the 3-day conference, we hosted over 20+ workshops, lectures, plenaries and assemblies' workshops, performances, and art activities in search of concepts and campaigns that will articulate proposals for peace and security concepts that do not serve the interests of the weapon industry - but the everyday safety needs of peoples and the planet.
The conference took place in 6 different locations: Esc Atelier, Spazzio Pubblico (CGIL), Communia, Arci, Sapienza University, Casale Garibaldi.
The event was supported and co-organised by following international and local organisations: transform! europe, TNI, RLS, CGIL, ARCI, Communia, Esc Atelier, Clap, transform!italia, WILPF, IPB, Instituto Democracia y Republica, Iratzar, Casale Garibaldi, CLAP , Ultima Generazione, Scientist Rebellion. Supporters: Global Justice Now and Sapienza University.
