Hey guys the Fire Brothers here and today I will be doing another Youtube short going over the full story of Autobot Longarm & Salvage, the hidden Autobots from the first Transformers movie. Longarm was the truck that Mikaela used to help Bumblebee fight Brawl, while Salvage was a character exclusive to the toyline that eventually made his way to the tie-in movie comics. However, both characters make plenty of appearances in tie-in movie materials, after being given life by the Allspark and being retroactively added into the lose movie tie-in canon. Both Autobots are fairly interesting in their own right and they are some of the rare examples of on set vehicles being made into characters in both the toyline, the comics and even some games. In this Youtube short I will be going over their origins as well as their death at the hands of Shockwave by the time of Transformers Dark Of The Moon, so there is quite a bit of history to these two Autobots.
