Any words you speak have a frequency, and the moment you speak them they are released throughout the world, the atmosphere, the environment and the universe. Matter responds to frequencies because ENERGY has frequency. So, MATTER responds to the words that we speak. The higher energies result in higher frequencies. If the words you speak RESONATE (same frequency) with fear, doubt etc, you create an immediate negative chemical response.
