Synopsis:
The Flash, Wally West (Liam Cole) finds himself coming to terms with the death of his mentor, Barry Allen.

Things shake up as Captain Cold (Trae Gonzalez) comes looking for a societal change that Wally isn't ready for. Wally and his girlfriend Linda Park (Tuyen Powell) must help Captain Cold before it's too late.
