We are constantly told that success means having more money. But what if that idea is wrong?
In this video, I argue that real success is not about accumulation at all. It is about five core conditions: security, purpose, relationships, contribution, and autonomy.
The problem is that our economy does not deliver these. It often does the opposite.
If we are serious about building a better society, we need to rethink what success means — and redesign our economy to support it.
