On June 20th, 2025, conditions became extremely favorable for the development of strong supercells/tornadoes in SE North Dakota. Around 7pm, a supercell fired, and from roughly 8:30pm to nearly midnight, this storm would go on to produce several violent wedge tornadoes, mutliple of which were EF3+ in intensity. This video documents 6 tornadoes in total, including the Spiritwood, ND tornado, and the tornado that sadly claimed two lives near Enderlin, ND.
